Baccalaureate Set For Sunday, May 20th
Baccalaureate for the Class of 2012 will be held on Sunday, May 20th at 4:00pm at the Harvest Fellowship Church located West of Brighton on Hwy 7. All Seniors and their families are invited to attend.

SENIOR CHECK-OUT
Seniors, the check-out process will look a little different this year. You will have two option of how to check out on May 23rd. The first is the traditional check-out and the second is the EXPRESS check-out. Each way is described below. Check out is on Wednesday, May 23rd from 8:00am until 11:00am, all graduating Seniors MUST check-out.
Traditional Check-Out – In order to complete the check out process you must do the following on May 23rd:
· Pick up your Senior Check out Sheet at the Front Entrance
· Complete and turn in Senior Contact Info sheet & get signature stating completion
· Turn in all books and materials to the Library & get signature stating completion
· Pay all fees & fines with bookkeeper & get signature stating completion
· Complete the Senior Survey & get signature stating completion
· Meet with Counselor for verification of credits and community service & get signature stating completion
o Pick up Cap & Gown
EXPRESS Check-Out – This is the quick check-out method and most of these steps can be completed before you arrive to school on May 23rd, resulting in a faster check-out process for you.
· Turn in all of your books & materials (to the library) before your last day of classes on May 18th and bring your EXPRESS card with you to the check-out on May 23rd.
· Pay all fines & fees with Mrs. Smith in the main office before your last day of classes on May 18th or On-line and bring your receipt with you to check-out on May 23rd.
o Arrive at BHS on May 23rd with all materials and pickup your Senior Check-Out Sheet
o Attach your fee receipt and Library receipt or EXPRESS card to your Senior Check-out sheet
o Complete your Senior Contact Info Sheet
o Complete the Senior Survey & get signature
o Go straight to your counselor to do credit and community service verification and pick up your cap & gown.
REMINDER - The cap and tassel are yours to keep, but the gown must be returned at the conclusion of the graduation ceremony.

CAJUN BOIL/SILENT AUCTION FUNDRAISER FOR ATHLETICS
BHS Athletic Booster Club is excited to announce its 1st Annual Spring Feast - a Cajun Boil AND Silent Auction on Saturday, May 19th from 5:30 - 8:00 p.m. in the BHS Gymnasium. This is an all sport event and all BHS athletes are selling tickets to raise funds for their teams. An individual ticket is $35 and a corporate table is $250 (seating for 8 - with corporate name displayed at the event). This is a community event - everyone is invited!
